Job summary
Tata Consultancy Services in Minnesota is seeking an experienced automation specialist to lead warehouse design and integration of ASRS, VNA, put-away and picking systems. You will work with robots, cobots, AMRs, conveyors and vision systems to design and deploy customized solutions from concept through commissioning.

Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse automation design and deployment.
- Knowledge of ASRS, VNA, put-away/picking, conveyors.
- Familiar with robotics, cobots, AMRs/AGVs and vision systems.
- Understanding of controls engineering, plant IT systems and ERP/WMS integrations.
- Experience managing installations and commissioning in manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
- Design automation solutions for warehouse operations from concept to plant commissioning.
- Collaborate with project managers, fabrication teams and plant personnel.
- Ensure safety requirements and regulatory compliance in all design solutions.
- Define scope, estimates and schedules; manage projects to meet commitments.
- Coordinate with OEM suppliers and on-site teams; support installation and handover.
