Job summary

The Warehouse Manager II at EarthScope Consortium Inc. will oversee and optimize warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, inventory management, and customs compliance for EarthScope-supported activities.

You will lead logistics strategy, ensure government property compliance, coordinate with PI Coordination, and manage a team, with travel up to 50% through 2026 and up to 30% thereafter, in a role based in Socorro, NM with an eventual Albuquerque relocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of ten years in warehouse/inventory management with supervisory experience.
• Extensive experience in trade compliance and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customs compliance and import/export procedures.
• Lead logistics operations and strategy development across multiple facilities.
• Manage shipping/receiving, inventory accuracy, and government property accountability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient transportation and cost-effectiveness.
