KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic asset lifecycle solutions and seeks a Warehouse & CUB Construction Manager to lead site construction for warehouse operations, central utility buildings, and campus utilities. You will serve as the owner's representative, delivering on schedule, budget, and quality, while coordinating EPCM contractors and operations teams.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Construction Management or related technical discipline (or experience in lieu of degree).
• 20+ years of progressively responsible construction management experience.
• 10+ years in leadership roles on large industrial, petrochemical, energy, pharmaceutical, mining, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience as owner's representative on major EPC or EPCM projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead site construction activities from mobilization through startup and handover.
• Direct EPCM contractors and subcontractors to meet safety, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, CQV, and operations teams.
• Monitor progress, assess risks, and implement recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and owner requirements.
• Support commissioning and startup activities and handover to operations.
