Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions seeks a Warehouse & Central Utility Building (CUB) Construction Manager to oversee on-site construction activities for warehouse operations, logistics facilities, and utility buildings. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage EPCM contractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Role requires extensive leadership in large-scale industrial projects, with focus on turnover, commissioning readiness, and strong regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related technical discipline, or experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 20 years progressive construction management experience.
• 10+ years in leadership on large industrial, petrochemical, energy, pharma, mining, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience as owner's representative on major EPC/EPCM projects. Proven track record delivering complex projects safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site construction activities from mobilization through startup and handover.
• Manage EPCM contractors and subcontractors to ensure safety, schedule, cost, and quality adherence.
• Coordinate construction, engineering, procurement, CQV, and operations teams; report progress and risks.
• Ensure compliance with contract, regulatory standards, and owner expectations; facilitate recovery plans.
• Champion a Zero Incident safety culture; participate in audits, inspections and corrective actions.
