Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years in a manufacturing, laboratory, military, or related role.
• Material handling forklift experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
• Understanding of GMP for care, handling and storage of food products.
• Ability to lift 55 pounds safely.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare customer orders following GMP guidelines; coordinate with supply chain, Innovations and sales for samples to customers and other IFF locations.
• Prepare shipping documents per customer requests and perform administrative duties.
• Communicate daily with Warehouse Lead about receiving and shipping orders.
• Perform daily material handling for domestic and international orders.
• Assist with cycle counts and warehouse paperwork; support daily closing activities.
• Contribute to team efforts and complete tasks as assigned by management.
