HF Foods Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Warehouse Clerk to receive all incoming products, unload shipments, verify deliveries, and maintain organized stock areas across our distribution network.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage inventory with accuracy. Responsibilities include processing receiving activities, maintaining safety standards, and supporting warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift driver’s certification preferred.
• Basic understanding of records, inventories and routine documentation.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to pass background checks including criminal history and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming products.
• Unload inbound shipments from trucks.
• Verify and complete the delivery receipt.
• Note damaged or shortage on the delivery receipt and obtain driver initials.
• Complete all receiving processes accurately and efficiently.
• Stock received products to the staging area.
• Manage stock locations for correct bin size and location.
• Report inventory and damages to the manager.
• Keep the location areas organized and safe.
