Job summary

California Closets in Miramar Beach, FL seeks a Senior Shop Associate for our warehouse and cabinet shop. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and hands-on equipment experience (forklift, drill, saw, and basic hand tools).

We value a positive attitude, teamwork, and commitment to delivering quality results for clients. Hours are typically 6am–2:30pm, with occasional overtime for regional deliveries.

Qualifications

2+ years of warehouse experience.
Clear communication while reading materials lists and measuring accurately.
Light construction or hand tool experience a plus.
Detail oriented with ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Part of a small team receiving and staging materials, cut and process jobs for installation.
Collaborates with teammates to ensure quality of materials and completion of jobs.
Be accountable for results and celebrate wins.
Interact with teammates effectively and respectfully.
Occasionally drive company vehicle with materials up to 50 pounds across stairs.
Promote growth and be rewarded for progression.
