Job summary

General Fasteners Company in Denton, TX is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our full‑time team. You will handle receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, while helping maintain accurate inventory and a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Two shifts are available: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM and 9:00 AM–5:30 PM. We value detail, reliability, and teamwork and offer strong benefits, including holidays, PTO, a 401(k), FSAs, life and health insurance, and a casual, supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment per company standards.
• Load and unload delivery trucks using appropriate equipment (forklifts/pallet jacks).
• Organize stock and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
