Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead the design, evaluation, implementation, commissioning, and optimization of automated material handling solutions across warehousing, fulfillment, distribution, and co-packing operations. Preference for candidates with MHS OEM or system integrator backgrounds in conveyors and sortation.

Qualifications

Extensive experience designing, implementing, commissioning, or supporting MHS and conveyor systems.
Strong understanding of throughputs, capacity, and system integration in warehousing environments.
Proven ability to lead projects across design, procurement, installation, FAT/SAT, and handoff.
Excellent technical communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Willingness to travel 50-75% and manage on-site leadership during critical phases.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and optimization of MHS for warehouses and distribution centers.
Develop concepts with conveyors, MDR, sortation, AS/RS, and automated storage technologies.
Perform throughput and bottleneck analyses to validate designs.
Review layouts, equipment arrangements, and control interfaces.
Coordinate with OEMs, integrators, and internal teams during implementation.
Provide on-site leadership during installation, commissioning, and ramp-up.
