Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in California to lead and develop Service Parts warehouse associates, promoting safety and quality in daily operations.

You will use SAP EWM, oversee inbound, storage, repackaging, and outbound activities, and partner with management to meet service and efficiency goals while delivering premium customer service.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations and distribution.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and leading a staff in a warehouse environment.
  • Preferred BS/BA in Supply Chain, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong collaborator, with willingness to drive change cross functionally and experience in implementing continuous improvement project initiatives.
  • SAP WM or EWM experience (a plus).
  • Understanding of Dangerous Goods shipping requirements.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
  • Required to lift material up to 50 lb.
  • Ability to stand for 8-12 hours per day.
  • Frequent use of hands to handle materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Required to stoop and kneel to retrieve materials up to 50 lbs. under select racking or floor pile locations.
  • Required to communicate using telephone or email
  • Ability to view, read, and interpret documents, safety rules, and standard operating procedures
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform all duties in the warehouse that may contain dust, high noise, hot and cold weather
  • Flexible work schedule

Role Summary

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily organization, training, and coaching of Service Parts warehouse associates. Pay Disclosure

The salary range for this role is $78,700 to $104,310 for California based applicants. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, and organizational needs.

The successful candidate may be eligible for annual performance bonus.
