Job summary

Benjamin Moore is seeking a warehouse associate in Illinois who will handle order picking, packing, loading, and inventory control. The role requires adherence to safety rules, accurate order fulfillment, and proficiency with warehouse equipment and systems.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 75 lbs, work overtime/weekends as required, and contribute to a clean, organized work environment while supporting various warehouse functions and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to operate MHE: pallet rider, order picker, forklift, reach truck, dock stocker.
• Attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Basic math skills and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and regulatory guidelines and use required safety equipment.
• Maintain high standards for product quality and service.
• Move and load inventory with appropriate equipment.
• Prepare orders for loading and secure pallets.
• Count and verify inventory accuracy.
• Operate warehouse management system scanners and UPS/World Ship as needed.
• Support receiving, put-away, replenishment, and truck loading.
