Benjamin Moore is seeking a warehouse associate to join our distribution team. You will operate material handling equipment, pick and prepare customer orders, and ensure quality and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. The role requires teamwork, safety discipline, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to operate all facility MHE including pallet rider, order picker, fork truck, reach truck, or dock stocker.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
• Ability to lift 60–75 lbs regularly and occasionally more.
• Ability to work safely and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Follows safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines and uses required safety equipment.
• Maintains high standards for product quality and service and keeps area clean.
• Operates warehouse equipment and uses scanners and WMS systems.
• Inputs and organizes inventory, picks and assembles customer orders for loading.
• Counts cartons, verifies accuracy, and secures shipments for delivery.
