Job summary

Benjamin Moore & Co is hiring a Warehouse Associate I for the Distribution team in Milford, MA. Starting from USD $21.30/hr with a max of USD $28.20/hr, this on-site role includes operating MHE and handling loading/unloading, with 2am–10:30am shifts and a 40-hour work week.

You will follow safety guidelines, maintain stock accuracy, and assist with inventory, packing, and shipping. Benefits and growth opportunities are provided within a cooperative team environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a team environment and willing to be cross functional.
• Operate all facility MHE: pallet rider, order picker, forklift, reach truck, dock stocker.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and cleanliness.
• Basic math skills (addition/subtraction/multiplication).
• Ability to work safely and follow SOPs.
• Overtime and weekend availability.
• Ability to use computer systems and programs.

Responsibilities

• Follows all safety guidelines; uses required safety equipment.
• Maintains high standards for product quality and service.
• Keeps work area and equipment clean and organized.
• Communicates with supervisor on efficiency improvements.
• Operates material handling equipment (pallet rider, order picker, forklift, reach truck, dock stocker).
• Monitors equipment conditions (battery, charge) and maintains tools.
• Picks customer orders and ensures productivity and accuracy.
• Assembles and loads customer orders; secures pallets.
• Counts cartons to verify accuracy; labels shipments correctly.
• Performs additional warehouse tasks including receiving, put-away, replenishment, and loading.
