Job summary

Leslie's is seeking a Warehouse Associate 4 to support receiving, put-away, order picking and loading. You’ll operate forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers, maintain safety standards and keep a clean workspace. Must pass drug screen and background check; 18+; experience with WMS and RF scanners preferred.

Qualifications

Requires high school diploma or GED.
Must be 18+ years old.
Drug screen and background check required.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners preferred.
2+ years in warehouse equipment operation (Forklift/Cherry Picker/Reach Truck).
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

Receiving/Put-Away: unload shipments, count and verify, report shortages or damages, store properly.
Order Picking: accurately select and stage customer orders for shipment.
Quality: ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged.
Loading: move product to trailers, ensure proper stacking and wrapping.
Equipment: operate forklift or other equipment safely; use RF devices.
Safety/Sanitation/Security: maintain clean, safe work area per OSHA/SDS.
