Job summary

Leslie's in Hebron Estates, KY is seeking a Warehouse Associate 4 to join our distribution team. You will perform receiving, put-away, order picking, loading, and operate forklifts and RF scanners in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have experience with WMS, RF scanners, and multiple warehouse equipment types, can lift 50+ lbs, and are available for overtime or weekend shifts. Leslie's offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a Drug Screen and Background check.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
• 2+ years of experience driving various warehouse equipment (Forklift, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, etc.)
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Receiving/Put-Away – unload shipments, count, check for damage, and store safely.
• Order Picking – pick customer orders accurately and stage for shipment.
• Quality – ensure inbound/outbound shipments are damage-free and reported.
• Loading – move product into trailers, ensure proper stacking and wrapping.
• Equipment – operate forklift/RS trucks, use RF devices as needed.
• Safety/Sanitation/Security – maintain a clean work area and follow OSHA rules.

Job Overview:

A Warehouse Associate 4 has extensive knowledge and experience in different warehouse areas, including shipping, receiving, e-commerce, loading, unloading, order fulfillment, and restocking. In this role, you can operate various types of material handling equipment, like reach trucks, forklifts, and cherry pickers. You must keep your work area clean and organized. You are also responsible for safely operating the equipment while following the company's rules and safety and productivity standards.

Pay Rate: $19.20 /Hourly

Responsibilities:

• Receiving/Put-Away - Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations. Prior to product storage, count all product, compare to manifest, and check all shipments for damage. Report shortages, damages, and mis-shipments on appropriate form and forward to supervisor. Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas. Perform pallet put-away.
• Order Picking - Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is selected. Carry or transport orders to proper staging locations.
• Quality - Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances.
• Loading - Efficiently move product from staging or storage areas into trailers. Ensure all product is safely stacked, wrapped and loaded in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Equipment - Safely and efficiently operate forklift or other material handling equipment as required and assist in the loading or unloading of merchandise as needed. Use radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving, and storing functions as needed.
• Safety/Sanitation/Security - Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Comply with OSHA and SDS standards.
