Job summary

Abbott Park, IL-based team lead for Global Engineering Services oversees maintenance warehouse operations, asset recovery, moving services, and rigging. You’ll supervise staff, coordinate inventory, and ensure safe, compliant handling of equipment and materials.

You will lead with a focus on efficiency, safety training, and process improvements across multiple service lines while maintaining regulatory standards and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse operations and staff.
• Knowledge of GMP, CAPA, FDA, DOT and IATA regulations.
• Strong planning and coordination skills.
• Ability to improve safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance warehouse operations and inventories.
• Manage asset recovery, disposition, and record-keeping.
• Plan and supervise office moves and internal logistics.
• Direct rigging activities and ensure safety compliance.
• Coach and develop warehouse and moving teams.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety standards.
