Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager, Distribution Center Analytics & Insights based in Jacksonville, onsite. You will lead data and analytics for the Vision Care site and support North America Surgical Vision, shaping the future analytics ecosystem and enabling data-driven decisions across multiple channels.

You will build dashboards, perform predictive analyses for labor and capacity, and lead a transformation including a new distribution center and WMS implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a data/analytic field or related area.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive analytics/BI experience.
• Experience leading analytics delivery in a cross-functional environment and presenting to senior leaders.
• Hands-on with modern analytics tools; able to handle large data sets and data models.

Responsibilities

• Set analytics strategy and delivery roadmap for site and North America business; align with cross-functional partners.
• Design and govern dashboards, scorecards, data products, models, and reviews for trusted operations views.
• Establish data definitions, ownership, controls, and quality standards across source systems.
• Translate analyses into concise recommendations and executive-ready narratives with business impact.
• Lead analytics for continuous improvement: provide actionable insights across inbound to outbound processes.
