Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
• 1–3 years of civil litigation experience, including discovery, oral advocacy, and court appearances.
• Prior experience with class actions, complex litigation, wage-and-hour matters a plus.
• FEHA or PAGA experience is highly desirable.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in wage-and-hour class and representative actions.
• Lead discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
• Advise clients and manage active California state and federal cases.
