Qualifications

• 5+ years of wage and hour litigation experience, including significant class and PAGA litigation.
• Active California State Bar admission.
• JD degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong research skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Defend wage and hour class and PAGA actions in Sacramento.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making and handle advanced tasks.
• Collaborate with the Sacramento team on matters.
• May work fully remotely depending on experience level.
