Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Wage & Hour Litigation Attorney to join a nationally recognized labor and employment practice, handling complex wage and hour class and collective actions across Oregon and the Pacific Northwest.

The role covers case strategy, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and resolution, with a focus on FLSA and Oregon wage-and-hour law, requiring 5+ years of experience and an active Oregon Bar.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of relevant litigation experience.
• Substantial knowledge of Oregon wage and hour laws and the FLSA.
• Active Oregon Bar membership.

Responsabilidades

• Defend employers in complex wage and hour class and collective actions in state and federal courts.
• Manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Develop litigation strategy for complex wage and hour disputes.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, and substantive motions.
• Draft and argue motions throughout the litigation process.
• Take and defend depositions.
