Fisher Phillips in Portland, OR seeks an experienced wage and hour litigator (5+ years) to join our team. The attorney will defend employers in complex wage and hour class and collective actions in state and federal courts across Oregon and the Pacific Northwest.

Ideal candidates have substantial experience with Oregon wage-and-hour laws (BOLI) and FLSA claims, manage matters from inception to resolution, and craft litigation strategy for challenging disputes in a fast-paced, team-oriented

Qualifications

• Five+ years of wage and hour litigation experience.
• Admission to the Oregon State Bar.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Litigate wage-and-hour class and collective actions in state and federal courts.
• Develop litigation strategy for complex wage-and-hour disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefing for key issues.
• Manage discovery, including large-scale document review and depositions.
• Advise on exemption classifications, overtime calculations, and wage statements.
