Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in Oregon or pending admission to Oregon Bar.
• 8+ years of experience in civil litigation including discovery, oral advocacy, court appearances, and motion practice.
• Prior experience with class actions, complex litigation, or wage-hour matters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an active caseload of wage-and-hour, class, and representative actions against various companies.
• Develop case strategy and oversee discovery; conduct and defend depositions; draft and argue dispositive and class certification motions.
• Lead settlement negotiations and appear in court for hearings and trial; mentor junior attorneys on litigation best practices.
