Qualifications

• 6–10+ years hands-on commercial HVAC experience with VRF/VRV systems.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification and a valid driver's license required.
• Advanced ability to read electrical wiring diagrams, schematics, and control sequences.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC faults in VRF/VRV systems.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on VRF/VRV units.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and performance testing.
• Test control logic, sensors, and BAS/DDC integration.
• Read and interpret wiring, piping diagrams and manufacturer docs.
• Maintain service records and communicate findings to clients.
