The role requires a BA/BS in a related field and 12+ years in HR/HRIS with banking experience preferred. Collaborate with IT, Risk, Finance, and executives to shape the talent tech strategy.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, information systems, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive HR/HRIS/HR tech experience.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end HR Workday ERP implementation from mobilization to stabilization.
• Oversee HR governance, data migration, integrations, and analytics.
• Own HR technology roadmap and post-implementation ownership.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Risk, and vendors; report to executives.
• Drive change management, training, and adoption across the organization.
