• Set strategic direction for Wellness brands to drive growth and long-range outcomes.
• Translate consumer truths and business needs into actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with data analytics on audience segmentation, journeys, and measurement.
• Drive innovation in planning with AI, experience design, and personalization.
• Oversee Wellness Pod operations including staffing, budgeting, and resourcing.
• Partner with media/data leads to connect brand storytelling to performance.
