Studio Beauty in New York is seeking a Senior Vice President to oversee day-to-day wellness communications, develop strategic campaigns, and secure placements across print, digital, podcast, and broadcast media. You will lead internal teams, manage client relationships, and drive growth of the Wellness division.

Ideal candidate has 8–10 years in health, wellness, fitness, or beauty communications, proven media relationships, and strong leadership.

Formación

• 8–10 years in health, wellness, fitness, beauty, or consumer communications.
• Experience managing teams and overseeing multiple client accounts.
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker with ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Deep understanding of health and wellness industry and/or fitness/sports landscape.
• Established relationships with top-tier health, wellness, fitness, lifestyle, and consumer media, with proven earned media track record.
• Experience developing strategic PR campaigns for health, wellness, fitness, sports, or consumer brands.
• Action-oriented, resourceful, and creative with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational skills to multitask and oversee several clients.

Responsabilidades

• Support and partner with the Head of Wellness to drive growth of the Wellness division.
• Lead client planning initiatives from concept through execution.
• Demonstrate strong editorial media relationships with proven placements.
• Pitch stories, craft talking points, and secure features and opportunities.
• Review all client and press content for quality and timeliness.
• Provide strategic counsel and lead client communications.
• Lead client meetings, media briefings, interviews, and activations.
• Oversee activation strategies including budgets, timelines and recap reporting.
• Oversee paid and organic influencer programs to drive awareness.
• Build and maintain influencer/athlete relationships and expand network.
• Mentor managerial and junior staff and foster development.
• Coordinate with affiliate teams to maximize opportunities.
• Partner with senior leadership on budgeting and financial management.
• Lead strategy, performance, and growth of Wellness division.
• Support business development and pitches.
