• Executes underwriting review aligned with strategies for equity and/or fixed income issuances.
• Reviews and approves underwriting reports and contributes to senior approval forums.
• Partners with Front Office to execute issuances and manages client relationships.
• Fosters relationships with regulators, Internal Audit and control functions.
