The role emphasizes enhancing producer experiences, building API-first and cloud-native solutions, and collaborating across the organization including vendor relationships. Hybrid work in Lincoln, NE with relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of IT experience with leadership roles.
• Experience with insurance IT leadership and distribution channels is highly desired.
