Job summary

BNY Mellon seeks a Senior Vice President to join our Internal Audit - Core Technology Process Audit team in New York City, NY, Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA. You will lead enterprise-wide technology audits, oversee planning, fieldwork and reporting, and drive remediation with senior management.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in SDLC, ITSM, and Change Management, knowledge of AI governance and model risk, and professional qualifications such as CIA/CMIIA.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technology audits, including SDLC, Change Management and IT Service Management.
• Knowledge of AI governance and model risk management lifecycle.
• Familiarity with IT control frameworks (ITIL/COBIT/NIST/FFIEC) and risk-based auditing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide technology audit assignments, including SDLC and IT service management audits.
• Oversee planning, fieldwork and reporting of technology audits; ensure timely remediation actions.
• Challenge senior management and drive prioritization of significant issues.
• Lead high-impact projects and strategic initiatives; engage senior stakeholders.
• Prepare draft audit reports and oversee follow-up to validate remediation.
