Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Tampa, FL seeks a Tech 2LOD Risk Senior Officer to provide independent oversight of technology, cyber and AI risk across applications, data and digital tools.

You will challenge risk designs, lead reviews, and coordinate with ORM/ICRM partners to strengthen controls and regulatory alignment. The role requires deep knowledge of technology and cyber risk in financial services, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of technology risk and/or cyber risk management experience.
• Experience performing independent risk assessments, monitoring reviews, control evaluations.
• Knowledge of AI, GenAI, ML, AI agents, and responsible AI practices.
• Familiarity with ISO27001, COBIT, TOGAF and similar risk frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Diplomacy and influence skills to guide cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assesses technology, cyber, data, and AI risks for new initiatives and third‑party solutions.
• Reviews governance policies, standards and procedures for design and effectiveness.
• Leads risk‑based monitoring reviews and independent assessments with stakeholders.
• Challenged design and effectiveness of controls; recommends remediation actions.
• Evaluates AI governance, privacy, data management and regulatory compliance aspects.
• Oversees AI agent development, deployment, and human‑in‑the‑loop controls.
• Monitors KRIs and emerging risk trends; drives remediation of issues.
• Executes deep‑dive reviews, audits and regulatory support activities.
