iCapital seeks a Senior Vice President to lead Strategic Development and Planning within the Business Excellence organization of OIPM. This role partners with OIPM leadership to strengthen scalability and performance, guiding budgeting, governance, and multi-year planning across fund operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting (MBB or Tier 2) or related leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering or related field; MBA preferred
• Direct experience in private markets, wealth management, asset management, fintech or similar industry
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to influence executives and drive cross-functional initiatives
• Experience designing governance frameworks, operating models, and performance management processes

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team with a culture of collaboration and accountability
• Lead annual and multi-year strategic planning for Fund Operations and related functions
• Drive large-scale business transformation and change management for scalability and efficiency
• Translate priorities into initiatives with clear objectives, milestones, and metrics
• Partner with senior leaders to align priorities and ensure execution across functions
• Oversee the strategic initiative portfolio and allocate resources to priorities
• Provide governance and oversight for critical initiatives with risk management
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and act as trusted advisor
• Prepare strategic recommendations and executive-level materials for investment decisions
• Synthesize data into actionable insights for senior executives
• Analyze new business opportunities including market and financial assessments
• Develop and oversee acquisition integration strategies
• Maintain executive dashboards and performance reporting frameworks
