Job summary

Comscore in Reston, VA is seeking an accomplished FP&A leader to drive Strategic Finance & Business Partnership. You will translate corporate strategy into financial plans, own the annual operating plan, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, and deliver actionable insights to executive leadership.

You will build driver-based models for revenue, costs, margins, and capital allocation; lead enterprise KPI development; and partner with Investor Relations to ensure clear financial

Qualifications

• 15+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or related disciplines.
• Significant leadership experience in a publicly traded, multinational organization.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and executive reporting processes.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, performance analytics, and business partnering.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership teams and Boards of Directors.
• Deep understanding of GAAP, financial statements, cash flow management, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasting and long-range planning.
• Develop driver-based forecasting models for revenue, expenses, margins, EBITDA, cash flow, and capex.
• Provide actionable insights on growth opportunities, operating efficiencies, profitability enhancement, and capital allocation.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic partnerships, and investment analyses.
• Lead financial due diligence, valuation support, integration planning, and pro forma analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning, reporting, and forecasting processes.
