Citi in Irving, Texas is seeking a Group Manager of Business Analysis to lead multiple teams delivering strategic technology-enabled initiatives. You will align business priorities with investment roadmaps and governance, guiding analysts, and ensuring high‑quality requirements and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires executive communication, strong analytical capability, and a proven track record in driven business transformation within a regulated financial services context.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Technology Delivery, Product Management, Program Management, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and complex enterprise initiatives.
• Experience supporting strategic portfolios within Risk, Acquisitions, Financial Services, Banking, or related business domains.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of business case development, investment planning, prioritization frameworks, and portfolio governance.
• Advanced analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive‑level communication skills.
• Experience leading business transformation, process improvement, and organizational change initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, SAFe, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or related disciplines are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Risk and Acquisitions domain, partnering with senior leaders to define priorities, roadmaps, and investment strategies.
• Lead the evaluation, prioritization, and governance of business initiatives ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Drive business analysis strategy across programs, products, and technology platforms for consistent delivery practices.
• Support annual and multi-year investment planning processes including initiative assessment and funding prioritization.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership by providing insights into capabilities, portfolio health, dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
