Job summary

Citi is seeking a Group Manager in Irving, TX to lead the Business Analysis and Delivery teams within Risk and Acquisitions. You will align business priorities with technology strategies, govern investment planning, and drive enterprise initiatives across programs and platforms.

You will mentor senior analysts, establish governance standards, and partner with executive leadership to ensure high-quality requirements, measurable outcomes, and strong controls.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Business Analysis, Technology Delivery, Product/Program Management.
• Proven leadership of teams and complex enterprise initiatives.
• Experience supporting strategic portfolios within Risk, Acquisitions, Financial Services, Banking.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of business case development, investment planning, and portfolio governance.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication.
• Experience leading transformation, process improvement, and organizational change.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
