Job summary

Walton Global is seeking a Senior Vice President, Retail Development & Leasing to lead our retail development and leasing activities, focusing on entitlement, development and leasing of land for future retail and commercial uses. Qualifications

• 15–20 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience taking development opportunities through entitlement, site planning, development, construction, tenant negotiations and lease-up.
• Strong ability to work with municipalities, brokers, retailers, developers, consultants and other partners.
• Mentorship and knowledge sharing to grow internal capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Walton's retail development and leasing activities.
• Establish practical, repeatable processes for retail development.
• Develop industry relationships and share market knowledge.
• Mentor junior team members and guide project teams.
• Travel regularly to markets and project sites, with Scottsdale-based office presence.
