Qualifications

• 8+ years in Retail Real Estate including site selection and acquisitions.
• Experience developing retail network strategies and complex negotiations.
• Strong communication with land sellers, developers, and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead site identification, engagement, negotiation and execution of acquisitions and leases.
• Manage a real estate portfolio to support rapid growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute strategy.
• Travel ~20% domestically across the US.
