Job summary

Guggenheim Partners is seeking a Senior Vice President of Real Estate to lead GRREP’s acquisition team and oversee all property acquisition functions in Frisco, TX. The role involves directing terms, approvals, and strategic planning to meet program objectives across tenants and development efforts.

The SVP will drive market strategies, manage client relationships, ensure proformas reflect changes, and maintain accurate data in project systems, reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in real estate acquisition and development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Real Estate or related field.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the property acquisition deal team and oversee all acquisition functions.
• Manage Real Estate Committee approvals, IP/AP processes and contract terms.
• Develop market strategies and multi-year plans by tenant.
• Coordinate with Development leadership to align proformas with objectives.
• Ensure accurate data management and reporting in project systems.
