Job summary

Guggenheim Retail Real Estate Partners seeks a Director of Development and Construction to manage site development for multiple retail/commercial projects. Reporting to the SVP of Development and Construction, this on-site role is based in Frisco, TX.

You will oversee entitlement, budgets, design, and reporting, coordinating with consultants, travel as required, and ensuring on-time, in-budget performance for projects through construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of development and construction experience in retail/commercial buildings.
• BS in Project and/or Construction Management preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Travel is required to support the project.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project, as well as Expesite or similar PM software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entitlement from start of project through construction.
• Create preliminary budgets for all projects and manage schedules.
• Oversee design for sites including architectural, civil, landscape, signage.
• Manage information and reporting using eBuilder and coordinate consultants.
