Job summary

Macquarie Group in the Americas is seeking a Senior Vice President, Product Specialist Real Assets to lead fundraising, investor relations, and product development for private markets and real assets.

You will direct capital raising for infrastructure, energy transition, and related assets, engaging institutional investors and shaping market strategy while mentoring teams and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in infrastructure, energy transition, or related sectors (fundraising, asset management, M&A).
• Exposure to infrastructure secondaries or secondaries markets is desirable but not essential.
• Demonstrated leadership in capital raising, fund formation, investor engagement, and legal negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategy for bringing new products to market and lead market sounding with investors and closing processes.
• Manage fund formation, legal and structuring processes, and internal approvals.
• Oversee capital raising, marketing materials, and investor due diligence.
• Produce and maintain high-quality investor collateral and ensure timely investor engagement.
• Act as key contact for relationship managers and lead investor meetings and roadshows with institutional investors.
