Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Data Science Solutions Lead to drive analytics pipelines at our Grand Prairie campus. You will partner with business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end data solutions that inform decisions and improve performance.

You will mentor Data Science Consultants and Sr. Leads, guide data integration and modeling efforts, and work with a cross-functional team to deploy scalable analytics across the organization in a hybrid in-office model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in predictive analytics or related.
• Experience with Hadoop technologies, Teradata and complex SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and delivery of an insights data pipeline supporting analytic products across the organization.
• Design and integrate data from different sources.
• Form analytics platform components and processing components for business solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to design end-to-end data solutions for data-driven decisions.
• Mentor data science consultants and lead analytical projects and pilots.
