Job summary

Qualifications
- Deep programmatic media expertise and executive leadership presence.
- Experience leading multi‑level programmatic teams and client relationships.
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into sophisticated media strategies.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve programmatic strategy across client portfolios and measurement plans.
- Provide executive oversight for planning, execution, and optimization of biddable media programs.
- Set standards for campaign readiness, timelines, and governance across teams.
- Act as senior programmatic partner shaping direction and communicating performance drivers to clients.
- Lead performance narratives and recommendations for senior clients and leadership team.
- Coach and develop programmatic teams to ensure growth and strong performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated programmatic solutions and align with agency priorities.
- Shape agency POVs across partnerships and private marketplaces to advance client goals.
