Job summary

BNY is seeking a Senior Vice President, Product Solutioner for Performance & Compliance, Fund & Investor Solutions Compliance Monitoring, to join the Asset Servicing team in Boston, MA. You will shape and deliver complex product solutions by translating client, market and regulatory needs into integrated designs that are commercially viable and operationally sound.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of total experience.
• Deep subject matter knowledge in portfolio compliance monitoring and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision for the Compliance Monitoring offering.
• Lead a cross-functional pod of product, engineering and operations.
• Define target-state capabilities, workflows and processes for client requirements.
• Gather, document and refine requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to enhancement.
• Use data and feedback to improve product performance and user experience.
