Job summary

Equalient, an independent investment advisory with a focus on private investments, seeks a senior investment professional to lead underwriting, due diligence, structuring, and execution across multi-asset private markets. Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or similar.
• Prior VP level or equivalent with transaction management responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead complex financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and execution.
• Advanced financial modeling including DCF, comps, precedent transactions, and investment returns.

Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting, due diligence, structuring, and execution of private-market investments across asset classes.
• Develop and review financial models, valuations, and investment return scenarios.
• Assess fundamentals, market opportunities, and investment risks for opportunities.
• Prepare investment memoranda and recommendations for internal review and decision-making.
• Coordinate with external counsel, sponsors, and counterparties on documentation and negotiations.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and closing processes.
