This senior leadership role requires an individual to design and implement scalable processes and systems while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of progressively senior operational leadership experience and a strong background in managing construction and hospitality environments. This role offers a compensation package of $210,000–$250,000 base salary plus performance bonuses.
