High Country: Private Equity Search seeks a Senior Associate or VP to lead multifamily acquisitions within a residential strategy. The role focuses on sourcing, underwriting, and executing opportunities through the full acquisition cycle including due diligence and legal documentation.

The successful candidate will prepare investment materials, manage site visits, and interact with investor partners, lenders, and senior team members to advance transactions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience evaluating multifamily assets with exposure to core plus risk profiles.
• Strong financial modelling and underwriting capabilities.
• Ability to prepare investment committee memorandums and investor presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and evaluate prospective acquisition opportunities in multifamily markets.
• Oversee preliminary underwriting, create financial models and business plans.
• Prepare investment committee memorandums, investor presentations, and due diligence summaries.
• Oversee the acquisition process from due diligence through closing with investor partners.
• Negotiate purchase and sale agreements and related legal documents with counsel.
• Source acquisition loans and participate in term sheet negotiations.
• Interface with investor partners on market, property, and investment updates.
• Assist in disposition of assets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with market participants.
