Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking a Senior Leader to drive the Access Marketing strategy and oversee the advisory team in a fast‑paced, cross‑discipline environment. The role balances macro strategy with hands‑on execution across market access, payer strategies, and patient access initiatives.

You will guide thought leadership, manage multi‑discipline partnerships, and drive growth through innovative access solutions, all within a flexible hybrid/remote work framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years strategic planning or marketing experience.
• Experience in market access/patient access strategies.
• Strong leadership in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop market/patient access strategies to support pipelines and brand value.
• Lead a team of experts across access strategy with diverse expertise.
• Oversee qualitative and quantitative research analysis and insights.
• Collaborate to align Advisory and Marketing strategy and messaging.
• Grow the access marketing advisory capability and lead RFPs.
