Job summary

JCW Group in New Jersey seeks a VP/FVP level Loan Reporting & Analytics professional to lead loan reporting initiatives spanning lending operations, analytics, technology, and process improvement.

The role requires partnering with stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners to drive requirements through implementation, building robust dashboards (Power BI) and leveraging AI to streamline reporting workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in lending/loan servicing or related financial services.
• 3+ years leading projects, implementations, or technology-related efforts.
• Strong reporting and analytics experience, including Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Experience using AI or automation tools to improve reporting, workflows, or business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple strategic projects across lending operations, technology, reporting, analytics, and process improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners to drive projects from requirements through implementation.
• Build and enhance reporting and analytics solutions to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to streamline processes.
• Improve operational processes, controls, reporting accuracy, and efficiency.
• Lead system enhancements, testing, data mapping, integrations, and release validation.
