Job summary
Valley Bank is seeking a Project Lead for Strategic Loan Reporting & Analytics to oversee reporting, analytics, and technology initiatives across Commercial, Residential, and Consumer lending. You will liaison between business units, IT, and external vendors to drive project delivery, data governance, and process improvements.
The role emphasizes designing automated reporting using Power BI, Power Apps, and Snowflake, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with data standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in commercial loan servicing or related field.
- Three (3) or more years of project leadership or technology-related initiatives.
- Experience with AI-powered reporting tools is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic reporting, analytics, technology, and operational projects with timelines.
- Act as liaison between lending units, IT, and external partners for system enhancements.
- Design and improve reporting using Power BI, Power Apps, and Snowflake.
- Evaluate processes and controls to boost efficiency and risk management.
- Document data standards and governance across lending operations.
- Incorporate AI and automation to streamline workflows and insights.
