Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing required.
• 3 years of International Sales managerial experience or 5 years with no degree.
• Strong marketing skills and knowledge of Latin American consumer markets.

Responsibilities

• Direct international sales and marketing efforts with senior US management.
• Manage international staff, market plans, sales strategies for Latin America.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership on brand strategy, pricing, advertising.
• Develop regional sales plans and goals; forecast by product line.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and licensors; manage budgets.
• Lead development of new product and marketing programs for growth.
