Qualifications

Master’s in Real Estate or MBA with Real Estate concentration preferred.
7–10 years of progressive Industrial development experience preferred.
Experience reviewing architectural, civil and interior design plans.
Proficiency in reading/drafting legal contracts and joint venture agreements.
Proficiency with Word, Excel and Adobe.

Responsibilities

Sourcing development opportunities throughout Dallas, TX.
Perform market studies and analyses to document trends and support business development.
Negotiate development agreements, proffers, and entitlements with jurisdictional agencies.
Develop financial models and underwriting for new development investments.
Coordinate project consultants, trades, and construction managers through the project life cycle.
Ensure projects stay on time and on budget.
Collaborate with in-house Construction Manager to align with vision, budget, and schedule.
Interface with lenders and investors to finance projects.
